Emerald Cove is a gated community with lovely single-family homes, located in Southwest Cape Coral.
It has access to interior canals and other lakes in system in the middle of Cape Coral for boating, kayaking, and fishing.
Schools are close by, so it’s a perfect place for families as well as boating and fishing enthusiasts. Roughly one third of the 101 houses in the community back onto the lake and have wonderful views of the water.
All homes circle around the neighborhood on tree-lined streets with palm boulevards.
